Thin Spindle Design Red and Grey

This was inspired by the shape of the supported spindle that Heather was using to spin wool called a phang and of Himalayan origin, and a rug design, I think by Jason Collingwood, that I came across on the internet. The weave is 3 end block weave with shaft switching. Finished by oversewing with cotton tape. Cotton warp, wool weft.
