Commissions

Yes! We do do commissions!

  We are happy to discuss custom size, colour and/or design items.
(Note: While we can repeat a design, due to the nature of weaving and dying, and the problems in sourcing suitable materials, we cannot exactly repeat colours or sizes, and the nature of the designs often impose width to length constraints.)

To commission a piece, please contact us at redcrocodile.nz@gmail.com. Please realise that, particularly with rugs, once warped up, the loom is committed to that width and threading until the warp has been completely woven. This can take from weeks to months before a new warp can be started.

Payment for commissions will be by negotiation.
