Dawn and Dusk in Squares

3-end block weave with shaft-switching. Reversible. While the rug is two sided, for me the design is about the colour gradation from scarlet to yellow-ochre and the contrast with the neutral grey variations produced by plying cool colours into the grey. Which side I feel brings this out best seems to vary with my mood. Cotton warp wool weft.
