Cubes / Tumbling blocks design

A design arising from my researches into optical illusions. The original image is a bit of a standard, usually drawn in black, white and either grey or shading. The illusion of three dimension cubes is quite strong but, disconcertingly, can flip from in to out in your perception. Decoratively one sided. Three end block weave with shaft switching and hand manipulation. Cotton warp, carpet and other wool weft. Finish Damascus edge.
