Black and Grey Matisse Nude

3-end block weave with shaft-switching. Reversible. This is a copy of Henri Matisse’s famous cutout Blue Nude II modified by the limits of the weaving technique.
Having built the modification to my loom to do the shaft switching and got reasonably comfortable with it, I decided to find out what the technique could do. I picked on this image because it uses only two colours and also out of admiration for Matisse and his work. Cotton warp wool weft.
