2 Circles Weave in grey and brown

One of my occasional 2 circles series and inspired by a design by Nina Floderus in the weaving magazine VAV 2019 pp12-14. I reproduced the weave motif very much as the original in my own colours choices, though the proportions to get the motif are dictated by the sett and the weft thickness. My choice of low contrasts between the four colours was to avoid the weave motif dominating the design. Three end block weave with shaft switching. Cotton warp, carpet wool weft. Finish Damascus edge.
